User Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions apply to Vivid Graphics and our application “Vinculación numeros”, which may integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at: contacto@vividgraphics.com.mx

Steps

  • Step 1 — Send an email with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.
  • Step 2 — Include the following information in the email:
    • Your full name (as used in WhatsApp, if applicable).
    • The WhatsApp phone number associated with the request (include country code).
    • A brief description of what you want deleted (e.g., “delete my WhatsApp conversation history and profile data”).
    • If you are acting on behalf of a business account, include your role and the business name.
  • Step 3 — Verification: We may request additional information to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.
  • Step 4 — Processing: Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your data where applicable and notify you when complete.

What data can be deleted

  • Contact identifiers (e.g., name and WhatsApp phone number) stored in our systems.
  • Conversation records and related metadata stored by our App (where applicable).
  • Technical logs tied to you, where feasible.

Exceptions

In some cases, we may retain limited information if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to maintain security and fraud-prevention records. We will explain any retention that applies.
